Each week, CBS’s hit reality series Undercover Boss follows a different executive as they leave the comfort of their corner office to experience the blue-collar side of their business in a roll-up-your-sleeves environment. On April 13th, 2012, the episode featuring Budget Blinds CEO, Chad Hallock, aired on CBS primetime to an audience of over 8 million. The broadcast showed Chad trading in his suit for a Budget Blinds polo shirt as he worked hands on in the window covering manufacturing process and then went door to door, taking part in homeowner consultations and product installations. It proved to be a gratifying and moving episode, so much so that fans of Undercover Boss voted it their favorite of the past 3 seasons in a CBS online poll! As a direct result, the episode re-aired on December 28th, 2012.
