Budget Blinds – Naperville, IL
“It was important not to obstruct the wooded view in this kitchen that mixed contemporary and transitional styling,” said Stephanie Wojcik of Budget Blinds, Naperville.
- Upholstered cornices provide visual and architectural interest with an unobstructed view
- Roman shades under the cornices provide complete privacy and lighting control
- Mixing contemporary fabric with a traditional cornice design creates a unique statement
Winning Project Details:
This customer wanted a fresh, modern look as the overall look and feel for the style of their new home. We designed a color palette of shades of gray with pops of Citrine and Peacock Blue to add color accents and punch to the look.
We found these bold graphic patterns paired with a traditional style cornice to be a great mix of classic and transitional elements to complement the customer’s new kitchen design and furnishings.
Additionally, we needed kid-friendly window treatments, so the cordless lift and disappearing window shades were an easy choice. For the bay window sitting area, we selected durable cushion fabric to fit the life style of this modern, busy family.
