We Proudly Support Our Canadian Troops
Budget Blinds, a division of Home Franchise Concepts, has partnered with Wounded Warriors Canada to donate funds to support ill and injured Canadian Armed Forces members, Veterans and their families. Wounded Warriors funds a diverse set of programs and services ranging from supporting homeless veterans, to PTSD Animal Assisted Therapy and transition programs focused on family-based support.
As a privately funded military charity, Wounded Warriors Canada exists as a result of the generosity, care and compassion of Canadians and Canadian businesses. Budget Blinds is the exclusive provider of window coverings for Wounded Warriors Canada and thanks to our manufacturing partner, Springs Window Fashions, we are able to donate $15,000 to make their life changing programs possible. You can help our Wounded Warriors see a brighter future by making a donation today. Please select “Budget Blinds” as the fund your donation will support from the pull down menu.
Wounded Warriors Canada is a non-profit organization that helps Canadian Armed Forces members – be they regular force or reservists – who have been wounded or injured in their service to Canada. Through a wide range of programs and services, they help find solutions where gaps have left our veterans and their families in need. Currently, their primary focus is on mental health, particularly in the staggering impact of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder perpetrated by Operational Stress Injuries. Overall, their mandate is to help any Veteran in need as they transition back into civilian life.
